Xbox Account Issue - please help!

Hello. I'm not sure if I can ask here but I have some issue with my profile on Xbox. I've noticed that I can't see my Xbox One games/achievements in the Xbox App in Windows 10. There're only Windows games and X360 games.

So today I checked my profile on Xbox.com and found that the Home page contains just my Windows/X360 games, nothing else. But when I opened the Achievements list, I found all my games including Xbox One achievements.

Can you please help me to fix this issue?

Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

Could someone help me please?!

Help. My account got hacked

My account has been banned from communications because someone hacked my account. Please help me.

First try a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on your console down for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely. Wait a couple of minutes and power it back up and test to see if the results change.

If that doesn't help try removing your profile and re-downloading it. Let us know your results. Good Luck!

I spent a long time with MS Help Line but without success. They recommended the same solution as you but it didn't work. But I'm pretty sure that it has something to do with my Xbox One profile. It looks like that it's not connected correctly to my Gamertag.
Just my old X360 profile is registered.

I tried everything and suddenly I noticed that I can see all my Xbox One games on Xbox.com page. Xbox App didn't work but my profile on Xbox.com was completely ok. I made a print screen just to be sure that I'm not dreaming. However, I decided to log
out and sign in back and the problem was the same as before.

And then I realized that I changed my location from UK to CZ months ago. This is the reason why I have the problem with Xbox One games list. I can't fully join to Czech Xbox site. If I do that I can't open some pages, for example Popular. But if I use UK
website, it's ok and fully working. That means something is wrong when changing location. I'm going to contact the Help Line once again to solve this issue.

I would speak to your publisher or whoever owns the rights to your music, if its not you.

Have you put your music online for people to use for free?

Are microsoft charging money for it or is it free?

Did you consider that perhaps your publisher/record group aknowledged and allowed your music to be uploaded? There is literally no way your property would be there unless they gave the green-light to it or some other record company stole your property and
had it put up. Could you provide the information as to what's yours?

You should probably get in contact with a Microsoft Representative, not with the community here in these forums. If they see posts regarding issues such as these, they may mistake it for being a 'troll' post or spam, and ignore it.

If you are serious about this matter and about retracting your property off the Music Marketplace, then you should have a one-on-one with a Representative.
