Xbox account is ineligible on AE website

Hi i have two issues:

1. When I launch APEX game i get a EA pop up windows you AE account is ineligible. When I look at my profile it tells me it is connected to my PSN.

2. I checked my xbox profile and i don't see a problem. contacted AE and they said to contact xbox.

Need help.

This Issue has been resolved and the website doesn't say I am ineligible anymore.

Have you ever had gamepass on the Xbox on a different account? If the IP of the Xbox has had game pass then it would be ineligible.

for my knowledge, the quests you need the game pass subscription and not the live gold membership... cause the program is related to game pass
