    Xbox Account is hacked and cannot recover it;


    I received an email stating that my account was logged in from a suspicious device. Checked and now my Xbox account is completely taken over and I cannot recover the account. Its asking to verify my identity and then it would go to the "BEAT THE ROBOT" and after completing the task it would refresh and go to the beginning.

    Just tried again in the verification process and now after enter my phone number that LISTED. It says it cannot be completed and to try another verification method. Which then does not listed another verification method.

    Sorry, sorry for my confusion, but as you put your question by the Community I can not transfer you.

    What you have to do is contact the customer service, and ask them to transfer you to the advanced department, and say need to make an "Account Takeover.
