Xbox Account is Appearing on other Friends's xbox 360s's Without Permisson. HELP!

Excuse me i am having trouble with my xbox live account. Me and my friend live in the same neighborhood and he has been to my house and put his account on my xbox. A few days later my account appeared on his xbox without me or him signing it in on his xbox
at his house. He deleted it off but everytime either of us sign in it says "profile signed in else where'. Another weird thing is that another person that we both know attends the same school as us and has an xbox 360. Yesterday he contacted us on my first
friend's xbox account on his on xbox 360. I was online on my account and he was online off of my first friend's account. The thing is that he has never been to either me or my first friend's house and he had both my own first friend's xbox account on his own
360 console. He told us that the same thing has happened to one of his friends but we all don't understand why this is happening. If anyone can help or if this has happened to you please comment or help answer this forum post. Thank you.

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Hi all

I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

any help thanks

Sorry to hear it. At any time had you shared out your log in info with anyone else or given them information that may allow them to guess it?

I would recommend first changing your email/password for the account using the steps at the link below:

support.xbox.com/.../forgot-microsoft-account-password

support.xbox.com/.../change-email-sign-in-for-microsoft-account

Then use the link below to remotely remove access to your account on all consoles.

support.xbox.com/.../password-protect-account

From there be sure to not share out any info with anyone regarding access to your account.

Thank you for the remote link but I myself never shared information and that doesn't explain how someone from our school was able to get the accounts without himself even knowing about it. But you were very useful anyway but if so it would help if there
was a way to fully explain it.

Besides a Credit Card, you can also try to add PayPal with a bank account to your Microsoft Account through
https://commerce.microsoft.com.

Alternatively, as M3tal Daz3 already suggested, you can get the game without payment option through a real Xbox 360 console. If you use the same Microsoft Account email for that, the game will be booked on your account, and will then appear in the "Ready
to install" section of your Xbox One.

If you don't have a Xbox 360 yourself, you could even do that by visiting a friend, neighbor or relative that has a 360.

It is possible that it is already an account on Zune or also Games for Windows, which would not appear on the Friends List of the XBOX 360 because they are completely different.

Through the Xbox app you are able to add friends to the in-game friends list. Also we suggest to add friends that are on the Xbox
friends list they have to be added to my Xbox 360 friends list to appear as friends in my games. Give it a shot and let us know if we can further assist with this or any other issue or inquiry!
