    Xbox account info lost when power removed


    All four accounts on my xbox were deleted when the power supply to the console was disconnected. I had to re-enter all of the account info again. Is there any way to have this information saved to the console so that I don't have to re-enter it all again
    in case power does get disconnected again?

    I dont know how it got deleted but there is now way they should delete by themselves like that it is very weird hope it doesnt happen again...

    There is no specific way to save this information to the console, but it would be best to schedule a callback with our customer support team.

    This can be done at our Xbox Support Contact Us Page to ensure that you have all the information for any account.

    You made a few purchases, so you had a payment option tied to your account, and they would have sent an email with that purchase to your Microsoft Account. So search your email for an order confirmation, then you'll have the email address of your Microsoft
