xbox account, I can't verify my age because I moved in a different country.

I was trying to immigrate my Minecraft Java edition to Mircrosoft.

But it faild when I tried to verify my age for my xbox account.

Because it is a Korean account but I immigrated to Canada recently so I cannot verify through Korean mobile phone number.

Is there another way to do age verification?

If I cannot immigrate it for failure of verification, would they do the procedure for me or can I get a refund?

Also, your Minecraft: Java Edition Mojang account, is it still set in Korea?

but, now my account has been moved to South africa and i can't pay anythng, like age of empires online premium pack, neither then moved to brazil? i need to change that south africa country!!!!

^^ Quick question. Are you sure dlc can't be transfered between accounts? I moved to a different country and I had to make a silver for Ireland to buy the dlc. I then use that dlc on my American account. I do it all the time because I can't use points cards
that I buy here with my US account.

That's insane! My account is from a few years ago when i lived in a different country, and i'm going to move again very soon. Not to mention that sometimes i spend weeks in another country. I can't just make a new account every time i move!

If it's your account that's been moved, then it is not possible to move it back to the US. You can only move it to a new Xbox LIVE country, not an existing one.

In order to stop this from happening again, you might want to enable the passcode feature on your account.
