Xbox account has a ban, But it effects all my xbox accounts, Is this a glitch ?

Is it possible that it is not a permanent ban? I've seen that Xbox has had glitches with this in the past. I've never been banned before and I've spent thousands of dollars on this account all on games that I can no longer access. This is super unfair. All I am asking for is the opportunity to submit an appeal. If this is not possible is it possible to access the many games that I have purchased on this account?

The XBLEPT has been adding 3 months to communications suspensions. All accounts will be effected as a way to stop people from bypassing the ban.

There are 2 types of suspensions:

1. account level- no matter what console the account is signed into they cant use the privileges that were taken away. These will show up on enforcement teams website because you have to sign in with the profile that the privileges were taken away for. and
these are eligible for case reviews

2. console level- no matter what profile is signed into the console can not use the privileges that were taken away. These will not show up on the enforcement teams website and are not eligible for a case review.

so if you have lost privileges for no matter which profile you sign into then it sounds like you have a console suspension. you can contact xbox support at support.xbox.com/contact-us and they can look up your information and it will show them in their system
any enforcement actions that have ever been on the account including console level since your profile has been on that console. and when they should be up. That would be the only way to tell when a console level ban will be up.

@everyone on this Fourm! Has everyone been "paying" for there account or have all of us had "glitched" accounts and not been paying im in the same boat as HSR My account was glitched aswell! so if this is all over the glitch then start billing us and
move on
