Xbox Account Hacked

Hi, due to Microsoft having *** support and being no help at all I've had no other choice but to come

to the community for help, and I really have no idea what to do.

I can't get into my account at all so I'm posting from my sister's account, but I haven't been able to get into my account for a few weeks. For a while it shown up as my email telling me my password was wrong, and when I went to the Internet to sign in it
told me that there was no email linked to my account and I gave it one last try today and now there's a random email in place now which seems to be someone else's and it also ends in @163 which I have never even seen before? But I would really appreciate some
help from the community because I have had no help at all from Xbox's troubleshooter.

people don't need to change email address when compromised, they need to change password and make sure they have proper security... that includes not using passwords on more than one service, if one service is compromised all those details are sold.

Someone in another country will pop up with it, even if it takes years to happen. My skype password took approximately 4 years from compromise to have someone log in and use it.

This app makes you click approve when logging into websites, and it's instant once you click "accept" the website will load in normal.

Any devices that don't work with the app like xbox 360 will have you go to website once to create a password (it will generate a password that isn't easy) and you use that on those devices to login with your normal user name.

Last year almost 1 billion got paid out. That was a huge jump from 2015 where only 32 million was paid out. With a jump like that Im sure it will grow even more.

 

HI, My son has had the same problem I think?? He renewed his live account only to find out his password was wrong? it wasn't! so we tried to change it but we had to enter the verification code into his account.

We needed to access his email account with Microsoft but could not log in? We changed the password and set up another account with no luck?? Frustrating... grrr! When Microsoft came back to send a verification code to a telephone number registered to that
account it came back with a different one set up?? I have tried contacting Microsoft but to no avail!!!! Can any body help with what to do?? Can I delete both accounts?

Maybe i'll will just swap for playstaion instead? Not happy chappie!!!

 

Yeah, having a similar problem. Microsoft have changed the password for the email connected to my account and there support is no existent. Anyone know how to get intouch with them?
