Discus and support xbox account hacked in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; My xbox account was hacked 2 days ago.     xbox account hacked


    My xbox account was hacked 2 days ago. I called tech support and they said they sent my case to the escalation team over 24 hours ago and still no word from them. Meanwhile the hacker still has access to my account and has been playing on it. He also charged
    $85 to my account which I can't ask for a refund for until at least 30 days. You would think Microsoft would at least be able to stop his access to my account it seems to me the hackers are running circles around them.my case number is
    [Mod Removed-PII]. I can tell he is playing in Iraq his
    [Mod Removed-PII] I even have his email address that he added to the account yet they still do anything.

    Microsoft you have a PROBLEM

    Unless a main website or service has been hacked - like PSN, it's not a hack ok.

    Phishing, NOT a hack

    Social engineering, NOT a hack

    Giving someone your LIVE ID to someone else and then losing your account,
    NOT a hack

    Using dodgy software or websites offering free points and what not, then losing your account, still
    NOT a hack.

    Signing up for various suspect websites using the same email address and password for LIVE. then losing your account. still
    NOT a hack.

    If EA was compromised and it held your Windows LIVE ID, this is technically a hack, but it's EA that would have been hacked, not Xbox LIVE. When I say 'hack' I mean a real, sophisticated website or server attack. A hack in the literal sense of the word.

    You need to purchase a new subscription for your new account, or you could contact the Xbox Support and get your Hacked account back, unless its not really hacked?
