Xbox Account Hacked (Help)

So 4 weeks ago i was playing on my Xbox Live Account when suddenly I got signed out I tried to sign back in and it said my Xbox live account information has been changed. Turns out my Xbox account was hacked by some hacker named
[Mod Removed]. So I called Xbox support and they had me fill out a form with my name, console id,console number and email, the support agent told me that the investigation should last anywhere between 7-10 days and after the investigation,
I should get an email telling me how it went. But 4 weeks later and still no email, I have called Xbox support several times and all they could say to about the account is they "couldn't release anymore information about the account" to me. After I searched
up this "investigation" problem I found out their are many other people with the same problem as me. I also had my Paypal on the account and all my personal Information.

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

First and foremost, you must know, and, have access to the email associated with your gamertag in order to fully recover your account. If you do not have access or know the email account, then you must call 18004699269 and get a hold of an account specialist.
Let them know that you are unsure of your microsoft account email and let them take over.

Thanks for the help. I was told to contact the enforcement team, however the case review apply button does not seem to be working for me, so I'll look into it today.
