Xbox Account Hacked HELP

Hi,

My account on my Xbox One was hacked. It was last night around 7-8pm BST time. They put nasty things inside my bio, which I got rid of now, changed my location and colour theme along with my profile picture. They also messaged two people inappropriate messages.

I have reset my password, set my theme back to normal and removed the nasty stuff from my bio. My only problem is I'm worried they are able to get in my account. It's because they went into my Fortnite and spent my in game currency which costed real life
money.

Any suggestions on what I should do from here? Also, can some investigation take place?

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

Thanks for the help. I was told to contact the enforcement team, however the case review apply button does not seem to be working for me, so I'll look into it today.
