Xbox Account got permanently banned cause email was hacked.

My Xbox account suddenly got permanently banned. And there was no telling the reason and no reason why the ban was banned. Most of the information I looked at would inform the user why they were banned. From what I've checked, it seems likely that the email account was hacked and was successfully hacked. How can this problem be solved so that it can be unbanned? It's not very fair to the customers, so they spent a lot of money buying games but got banned. Because of the latest system that Xbox uses
