    Xbox account gone


    So after dash boarding earlier I was kicked off xbox live and asked for my email and password. It kept telling me there was an error when I tried to sign in so I just did a hard reset on my xbox to see if it would help. But after cutting it back on my profile
    had completely disappeared. After trying to download it twice and getting an error code it turns out that it's supposedly corrupted. So I went to my hard drive to delete that corrupted data and it just a isn't there. Even after clearing the cache it still
    wouldn't download to my main hard drive. Is there anyway for me to fix this?

    And I did manage to download my profile to my USB but I would like it back on my main hard drive

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    Is there a quick way to remove data/clear my xbone?

    Going to sell it so want all data and accounts gone

    Are you saying that his account is "not LIVE" or he was playing offline?

    Basically, if you don't know the log in information for an account, you would have to contact phone support to regain access to the account.

    Depending on how much your son used your account, it might be easier for him to create a new account.

    Make sure your account is fully removed from the console and try to download the profile again.
