Xbox Account Glitch

Very broken account, no idea whats going on.

First off I cannot access any of the sites under the tab "my xbox" on xbox.com. It redirects me to:

I am clicking on the right thing. And I havent set up a parent parent account for this account and I haven't even looked into these settings. Is there a way to unblock this section? Verify my identity maybe or something? I also cannot access the halo waypoint
website at all, on login attempt it gives me error with no codes, and tells me to login on xbox.com.

When i try logging into xbox.com the button doesnt work or it loops (attempting to log me in and then refreshing back to the original state with no account).

As you can read my account has something wrong with it and this is on all machines I own and all connections I have access to. I have gone through all the settings and have been trying multiple things over the last month of owning my xbox. This started a
week after I recieved my Xbox One S. I have my brother's and my sisters account on the console now, but this was added after this bug happend to my account.

Any help on fixing my account from the microsoft team or from the community will be appreciated.

make sure all your details are up to date & correct

make sure your account isnt locked or suspended

commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub

(if it is contact customer support)

if all else fails. ( delete your profile & re download it - avoiding profile & items )

you can also set payment for xbox live on this page, and edit/manage current ones.

Thanks for checking on that Flea! Can you please confirm the exact spelling of these two email addresses? The fact that you have this entirely brand new account and not your old Gamertag leads me to believe there is some minor difference here. Let us know,

Hey there Flea! I'm seeing here that it looks like you still have an automatically generated Gamertag. Either your Gamertag change did not go through, or you accidentally created a new account. Can you double check the email and password you are trying to
use and make sure you are logging into the proper account? Let us know, thanks!

Just trying to get my head around the problem your having. As the links on Xbox.com seem to work without any issues.

Are you talking about the dropdown menu in the red box, found when you press your avatar/profile pic on the yellow box above it?

Or are you meaning the yellow box under the picture slider on the main page?

Or have I missed it completely. As I can't see My Xbox listed anywhere on that site.

When i start the xbox, it shows my email at the top right corner. So it is the right email. And when I log on the website with the same email, it made a new account for here, but my account NICEandEZ is still on my xbox. However if i sign off of the account,
I probably won't be able to get it back. My name before I changed it was StiffBarracuda4
