    I had an issue with my Xbox, I specifically reset and kept games and apps and now allll of my games are gone. I don’t remember the account I’ve tried doing a new email and etc and it still won’t show. Idk if anybody is able to at least look in the system and see which account it is cause idk.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I apologize but in this case, we need to locate the Microsoft account that you previously used on your Xbox console.

    I have here methods that you can possibly use.

    Do you happen to sign in to your account on a PC, Laptop, or mobile device? Please go to https://account.xbox.com/profile on any of your devices, your account may still be signed in from there.

    Does the drive have the offical Microsoft sticker on it?

    If the drive says unformatted, all data on it is gone. Sorry. However you can redownload content that was downloaded from Xbox live (DLC, Accounts, movies, apps, ect) for free with the account that original bought them.

    But saved games are gone and are unretreiveable
