Xbox account email help

So I need to preface this with i need actual help on what I should do,

Backstory: in moving my brothers xbox one from his room to the living room I tripped and the xbox let's just say it broke, i sent it away to see if it could be repaired but after a couple of weeks i was told that it there was nothing that could be done.

so I bought another one but I now have the problem of trying to log into his account he has forgot the email associated with the account as have I but I have all the other information associated with the account including the proof that I'm paying the gold
membership for that account, i need the email for that to be changed how can I do this?

If there is any further information needed please let me know.

So you wont be able to change the email unless you have access to the old email address.

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the reply. Here is a guide for
recovering an email. If you know the gamertag you can request a call or chat with support. If they can "verify" the account they can provide you with information on the account.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thanks for the quick response, How can I get access to that email he believes it is an outlook email address? But has no clue to the full address or password

Hi Brad thanks for the information but it seems that 8 can't get through to them I've tried 5 times so far and I keep getting this message after I put in my number

I'm a bit confused here.. How did you change the e-mail of an account that had another account already associated with it? Only 1 e-mail can be associated with 1 XBOX Live Gamertag. If a gamertag is permanently suspended I do not believe they offer any sort
of e-mail changes or anything of the sort.
