it sounds to me that you may be inputting the wrong password.

Can you try resetting the password to your account by going to account.live.com

Put your email address in there and select "Forgotten your password" and follow the instructions to reset the password.

Give this a try and please let us know how it goes.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Keep in mind if your password is longer than 16 characters it will not accept it the password box on the 360 including the emulators on the One do not like passwords longer than 16 characters so you would need to change it to something less than 16 characters.

Also if you have two step verification turned on you would need to use your app password to sign in with.
