xbox account doesnt read a game

i have four accounts on my xbox and three of them play my game perfectly fine but when i attempt to play the game on the fourth account it just says that its unreadable even though the disc is clean.

Please do not post your own e-mail on the forums. If you are encountering an issue with no discs being read and you've gone through the guide on this page
here then your console will need to be sent in for a repair.

If you are apart of the console beta then you will need to fill out a special form located
here. Please fill out that form in complete detail and someone from the Microsoft team will reach out to you.

i talked with a guy at microsoft named zach. he said that some people with the fall 2012 beta update are experiencing this problem. please help me with this. ive tried to fix it by cleaning the laser, cleaning the disk, and it still wont read the discs.

Has this only happened once, or have you repeatedly attempted to test the disc to see if it would only have the problem when you're logged into that specific account? Have you ever been able to play the game on this particular account?

Is the error giving you a code? Please post exactly what your error message says.

Try this:

Go to your Xbox 360 console System Settings.

Click on Storage.

Highlight whichever memory unit you use to store your data on (usually the one that is provided by the console, not a memory stick or Cloud) and hit the "Y" (yellow) button on your controller. This will open a new box that gives you the option to Clear System
Cache.

Click on Clear System Cache (this will clear junk data and corrupted files). This will open a new box (Maintain Storage Device) which gives you the options, "Yes" or "No".

Click on "Yes". Another box will open that will tell you that it's Performing maintenance. Don't shut off the console until it's completed (only takes a few seconds).

After it's completed, just back your way out of the boxes until you reach the menu again.

Try your game.

If it didn't work, you can try buying a CD/DVD laser lens cleaner for your console (Staples, Office Mart, or pretty much any department store with an Electronics section) that will clean your drive.

It probably is scratch or it is layered by your Xbox

 

Your laser might be out of alignment(stuck near the back of the disc drive), when you open your disc tray shove it closed really quickly and it will reset the laser, dont worry it wont reck anything, then try your disc, if this doesnt work then try to fix
it yourself by opening up the whole system(pretty easy if you watch a video and follow exact steps), or find someone who knows what they are doing. hope it helps sir/maam

 

Can anyone help I have put in Xbox live gold code . Now my boy is trying to play gta 5 online and make his online carictor but when he clicks to play game it's asking to redeem 25 carictor code again help thanks in advance
