Xbox account dissapeared

Discus and support Xbox account dissapeared in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my son was playing his Xbox 1 last night he turned it off then when he turned it back on and all accounts has dissapeared ive created a new one for him...     Xbox account dissapeared


    my son was playing his Xbox 1 last night he turned it off then when he turned it back on and all accounts has dissapeared ive created a new one for him but his Fifa 17 that was a downloaded game when bought at Xmas no longer there and it's saying the original
    person who purchased it has to re download but that is the account that has dissapeared!! Very confused as how to continue. Thanks

    I have the same problem and my account has dissapeared from my xbox its like it was never there please help

    Are you using the account that originaly bought the game as things do not just dissapear from your download history.
