    Xbox account compromised. Hackers changed my email address.


    My account was hacked a few days ago and now I can't log into my Xbox. The hackers attempted to purchase Fifa17 and a lot of points. When I try to log in I see the email address *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    I need to recover my Xbox account but I don't know how. I've tried to use the "Request a call" feature but it's grayed out.

    How to Change your Xbox LIVE account information

    Overview

    It is possible to change information associated with your Xbox LIVE account like your name, address, phone number or email address.

    Note: You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have moved to another country and you would like to access Xbox LIVE from there, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new location.

    How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on Xbox.com

    1) Go to My Account and Sign In with your Microsoft Account. (This is the email and password that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account).

    2) Make the changes you want to your billings account information and then click Save.

    How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on your console.

    1) Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

    2) Proceed to Settings, and then select Account.

    3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

    4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

    5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.

    In case you want to change the billing name on your Xbox LIVE account, go to Xbox.com

    My microsoft account is hacking

    I received the same message as the guy above. My email address for my gamer tag was changed to some strange email address and now I can't login. What do I do??

    Forced to create another xbox account on an email that already has one, and now i can't log in to xbox app.

    If there is still a phone or alternate email address to the old account (which the hacker probably just changed the email address, and not deleted it), then you might be able to recover it. But if the hacker already changed the alternate email address or phone from the hacked account, than nothing can be done.

    I tried that but it wants me to sign in and the hacker has changed my sign in - somehow my phone number and email are still tied to it but the sign in has changed and I only get a partial email when I try to recover.
    when you go through the Compromised Account Solution it says to create a new email address for Support to contact you on (as the hacker may have access to your old email and be able to stop you getting the messages)

    you can also follow the instructions in {Parity}'s reply to get a call back from Support and they should be able to sort it out for you.
