are these charges on your Microsoft/Xbox billing history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/) or are they charged against your card?

if they are on your Xbox account you should go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/compromised-account-solution

follow that, especially the section for unrecognised charges on your account.

if you don't have a Microsoft/Xbox account you will need to dispute the charges with your credit card provider.

You could have been charged for pending payments you had active on your xbox account as if you have something that auto renews with your xbox balance and there isnt money on the xbox account if you recently added the card then it might have auto payed for
the pending payments.

you can review your billing history at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

if you see an unauthorised purchase you can check for sign in activity at https://account.microsoft.com/security/

if someone appears to have accessed your account you need to go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/compromised-account-solution

follow the guide there.
