Xbox Account blocked

And account xbox live block requires a password to sign in to the account but doesn't block the marketplace...

Lost Account Solution to recover the email alias you used for log in, followed by the

Lost Password Solution so that you can enter the account.

Can you explain what you mean by "blocked"? Suspended, locked in another way for security reasons, etc.?

Unfortunately, if you are unable to recover your account through those previously posted steps and links, then ultimately the only thing you can do is start another account or keep trying until you are successful in the verification and password reset process.

I know these security measures may seem harsh but they are in place to make your personal information secure from others who may want to access it.
