Xbox account blocked as e-mail hacked

Sorry to hear that, My account was recently hacked into. The best way to recover the account is to first find out the email of the account. You can check any recent apps you were logged into like xbox app or something like that. You can also do so by taking
a look at your email and check the emails you have received from microsoft as i did, then use the email and do the entire form. After you do the form, if your correct then you will be brought to a page which you need the microsoft account email. Then after
you provide the email it will tell you to change the password.

if that doesn't work click the Contact Us button

select Family and Online Safety as the category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call

you will need to sign in for this so create a new outlook or live email account for contacting Support then explain the situation and give details for the hacked account when you get through

I don't want to retrieve the e-mail account!! The blocked email account was only used for the sole purpose in posting and replies to things on the forum. I want to change the e-mail account linked to my gamertag?

I have tried to change the e-mail account linked via the Account Management app on the 360 dashboard. This does not work due to the issue at hand.

What does xbox.com do when a Xbox Live gold gaming account that has been hacked by a 3rd party due to a reason in having a security issue with the e-mail account linked to that Xbox live gamertag???

Only ask, cos every time I turn on my 360 and then playing online I am the one hacking into a Xbox live gold gaming account which has my payment billing information and other sensitive information on display due to the security issue with the linked e-mail
address and if Xbox did nothing there is a serious flaw and they breach varies data protection laws.

Sorry, you'll need to go through the Microsoft Account team for any sort of blocked e-mail issues. Please fill out the Microsoft Account Recovery form located
here. That is the only way of getting into an e-mail of an account that is blocked. Microsoft will not be able to change the e-mail for you.
