    Xbox account being continually banned even though I'm not on


    I have tried everything to get my account unbanned as the ban is somehow extending every day I think someone is constantly reporting me I was told they can't do nothing about "jealous players" but getting banned for 2 weeks and after 4 days it's extended
    to 100 days even though I was offline I was not told this through email or message but through support line and my case review comment not my enforcement history.

  2. I got Banned for harrasment even though my account was banned from messaging 2 days later

    My account got banned two days later after being banned from messaging then I got banned for harassment and I cant go on xbox live even though when I was reported I was asleep

    Choose something else to do. Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages

    On all of the accounts on my Xbox I am unable to send messages, talk in party chat, customize my profile, or even play multiplayer even though I know I'm not banned on all the accounts. I checked my enforcement history, emails, and Xbox messages... Nothing

    Xbox's Enforcement Team Has Failed

    P.P.S. It's obvious that the ban is longer than 24 hours, as I'm still banned. My account still states I'm in good standing and there are no offenses shown. So I'm being punished and I'm not even entitled to a Case Review, even though my ban is greater
    than 24 hours? Like I've already stated, if using the words "bitch" and "shove it" against a troll is going to get me banned, so be it. I can deal with that. But if the Enforcement Team isn't going to punish the troll, who used a homophobic remark, delighted
    in his attempts at annoying me, and used the acronym "LMAO" (which contains the word "ass"), why punish me?

    Accountability is very important. And it seems the Xbox Enforcement Team is having some accountability issues.

    There's no way you can close an Xbox Live Profile as it will stay or link to your Microsoft Account Email forever unless it's moved to a different Microsoft Account Email. Closing an account literally can only be done by signing-in your Microsoft Account

    When it comes to Xbox Live charges, there's a way to cancel this. One is to sign-in your Microsoft Account Email to
    http://account.live.com > Services & Subscriptions. The other is to contact the Xbox Support via:
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us. For this one, asking for a refund for the charges that you've had may not be possible because it's our sole responsibility as consumers of how we manage
    the services we have subscribed to. Like third party services like cable subscription, regardless if we use the service or not, we're still responsible on paying the bills that the said service may take from us.
