once your account is been reported an investigation is carried out by the Xbox LIVE enforcement team that resulted in banning of your account. In any case Customer Support for Xbox LIVE cannot undo an Xbox LIVE suspension for a console.

if there wasnt a real reason your xbox account was banned you can call xbox support to get your account unbanned
