Xbox account banned

My Xbox one account got banned. Yes I have sent rude messages. But they've sent messages to me calling me trash/other things first I think I can retaliate. I don't think I should have been perma banned from playing online. Banned from communications forever?
Sure I'll take that I think I should get month or longer ban before that. But I shouldn't lose all my progress because someone trashed talked me and I sent a message back. Is it possible to get my account unbanned? Or at least reduce it to a month/six months?

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Also I forgot to mention that I just got banned for two weeks and then got hit with the perma ban. Seems like it was an error

 

Retaliating is not a violation of the code of conduct,it's how you do it.

If you retaliate in an offensive way or by using offensive language then you risk enforcement action..

Yep I know that as well, I'm saying i got banned for two weeks then immidietaly got perma banned. I got banned once before that as well recently (wasn't long) so there's nothing in the past that they could use against me in a perma ban but since guys say
you cant help there's no point

 

Repetitive bans are themselves a reason for pemanent bans. Yet you are right no one in the forums can help you regarding this issue so make sure to check the enforcement links that I send you before.
