    Hi i have been a gamer on xbox for about 7 years now and i found out that my brother banned it. I lost everything and dont know what to do. He told me it was voice communication which doesnt make sence why xbox took everything. He says that the enforcement
    upheld the ban. I have a rough time over the year with going away for college because i have had bad stress with family and on those days i would hop on my account and forget about it all, i would just talk to my friends for hours and now i have to resort
    to something else. Plz if anyone knows how to get it back plz help me

    So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login

    Here is the link describing Xbox LIVE suspensions and console bans. If you did something described on the page or people filed a complaint saying you did such action that is why your account was banned. The ban will be lifted whenever the ban should be lifted.
