Xbox account banned.

Hello,

My Xbox live account known as hydratedplanet was banned because my account got compromised, during that the account was not in my hands which means that the person could do anything they want and that is what they did, when i got
my account back, i had to contact xbox support who then sent a case to tier 3 support who then a week later i got my account back under a new email everything which was great!

Then this happend 2 weeks later i get a message while playing gta with my friend saying notice of enforcement action i was like what the hell then i got disconnected from live then when i tried to reconnect it said that i was banned, I then contacted xbox
support again the agent told me to file for a case review, Then i did that i then got a message back from one of the enforcement agents telling me that i am not getting my account back , i was so mad because i lost everything all my games and all of my achievements
and levels for games etc.

I hope xbox enforcement gets in touch with me because i really want this account back.

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They do not use the forums. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. Even if your account is found to be out of your control it doesn't always mean they'll
lift the suspension depending on what happened.

So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

Say the banned account was my home Xbox before the ban. Would I be able to play the games the banned account owned online on another account on that Xbox?

Trying to add a banned account to an Xbox is not possible. Nor is trying to add an account to a banned Xbox console (ie hardware ban)

Hello,

once your account is been reported an investigation is carried out by the Xbox LIVE enforcement team that resulted in banning of your account. In any case Customer Support for Xbox LIVE cannot undo an Xbox LIVE suspension for a console.
