Xbox account banned for no reason

i have recently been banned off Xbox on my other accout for no reason. I know that for a fact because I have not played all week but last night I recieved a email saying I got suspended for 9999 years. I try reaching someone for this problem and nobody can
help, multi billion dollar company won't do its job stop being lazy & have some customer support.

i am being harassed and being banned on my main account for no absolute reason but thats not all i have proof me being banned for no reason also this account being banned made my whole xbox become banned like all my accounts for no reason i need this to
be removed or resolved because i did not doing anything to deserve this kind of treatment

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. Investigations do take time, so both suspensions could be for actions that took place weeks ago.

 

Good luck , customer service wont help . You could send a message to enforcement team ..and if you are lucky you will get some robot response back.....get a hold of corporate ! complain about themm

You were not banned for no reason,you would of been banned for something that you did at least 1 or 2 months ago due to the time it takes to investigate any complaint made against you & collect the evidence.

 

My son had an account that was perm banned after a person he was playing with asked for his log in details and my son told him no and so the guy said he was going to say my son was playing with a modded xbox (which he is definitely not). My son still refused
so the guy falsely reported him for a modded xbox and his acct was perm banned. My son lost 11mths of a 12mth gold live and microsoft wouldn't do a thing about it so now he can't access a lot of his stuff we purchased and lost all that money for the 12mth
gold membership.

 

The enforcement team does not ban without proof. You can be reported a million times but you would only get banned if you actually did something. You would need to post in the forum Zen linked to find out why he was banned.
