Ok my Question is you permanently suspended people in the past for whatever what if they changed. What if people got one last chance to have a fresh restart. Ive seen the post unband me. Alot people get reported for no reason and your so called investigation
sucks. Girl gets harassed says [mod removed-profanity] off seriously people have a right to defend themselves. Why band people like that. Why not let people earn it back just take all the modded crap out. Reporting and blocking doesn't work
because you don't even bother talking to us in person or have enforcement team number because these guys dont deserve jobs for simple reason they cant even treat people the way you want to be treated and say policy stuff. You know enforcement team will cause
everyone to leave xbox forever and no customers no people no real honesty instead of bot messages

In my opinion best way to stay away from people like that is just not entertaining people when they say things to u just report them and mute them its way better then answering back

I get the frustration. As a girl gamer I get alot of harassment. However, I find it easier to just block and report the person rather than replying back to them.
