XBOX ACCOUNT BAN URGENT HELP NEEDED

Dear Sir/Madam,



I have been a XBOX LIVE gamer for 10 years now, and recently I was hit with a permanent suspension on a account that I have been playing for 6-7 years now, on this profile I have took my time to earn as many achievements as I can, I have also spent a lot
in the XBOX store, and have always been a active player, my Gamertag is iiCooLWiNNER.



I have tried to find xbox enforcement support and xbox support through the live chat but they have just directed me to the xbox enforcement site which does not work for me, the site seems to be glitched, if I could personally resolve this issue with a enforcement
member this will help greatly!



My account mean’s a lot to me as it was always something I looked forward to after a hectic day! It was also a outlet and a way of escapism from the tough time I am having with personal issues.



I know the reason why I have been banned, and I know the person who reported me, I apologised to him and resolved all issues and we moved on!

Strange Ban

Hello,

I have a problem with a ban because when our mates see my profile, they see a ban on my account but me I received no one messages for ban and on the website "Enforcement Xbox" I don't see any ban for my account.

My last ban should have been finish the 4th July 2017 but today (7 July 2017) I'm again ban for nothing.

I need help please its urgent.

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

However, you broke the house rules and saying sorry does not get out of your punishment. I will give this, you do admit that you stepped on it.

So if Microsoft can't fix the outdated site, leaving it buggy and glitched, the system is useless - why even have it then? As a consumer I should have the right to be able to chat with a member of enforcement or discuss, the fact that not even a member of
XBOX SUPPORT can't help you is even worse! P.S your reply was un-needed I was looking for employee's response, not a xbox ambassador/volunteer or someone just telling me basic info that I already know!

No one from Microsoft reads this forum. So you won't receive a response from them here.

The only way to contact support is by submitting a case review on the enforcement website. If you haven't tried already, I would suggest trying to clear your browser's cookies/cache or trying another browser to see if it will work.
