Xbox account ban! Please help me out

ps I know it's in the wrong section but I really need some help

My name is Ashleigh and I have been on Xbox live for sometime now and I have loved every bit of it.

The other day I was playing peggle 2 on xbox one and after 30 minutes I was signed out and then the ban message appeared. Now I have not been on xbox for sometime only one and again lately because I'm currently moving out and I have had no time to play.

I have spent so much hard earned money on my account at least 200£+ on game content, membership, games and more. And I also bought the Xbox One so I can play the new generation games. I can't use my season pass with ghost which cost me 90£ (it was hardened
edition)

I have received the reason for this ban and here is the email

The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to:

- Selling access to lobbies in exchange for services or currency

- Offering to trade Xbox Live or in-game services for currency

- Asking for another player’s login, password, or personally-identifiable information

Now I'm not to sure on this to be honest if i could a get the message of what i did would be good as I have not done this knowingly. Either someone has used my account or it's falsely accused. The only thing I could of seen me doing is Signing in to my mates
accounts "[Mod Removed]" to help him. He turns to me for IT help and he's a close mate and I have known him for sometime.

For whatever reason it is I'm really sorry it has happened and will not happen again. My account was used for Gaming Commentaries as well and I can't complete some videos because of the ban. I'm don't know who will be reading this but I beg you please unban
me or temp ban me at least so I can continue to do videos and continue to enjoy my gaming experience with mates.

Very sorry for whatever the reason i swear it will not happen again I apologize for everything just please help me out. I'm a good customer I do tend to spend allot on my account but that's because I'm enjoying It. It's painful to see this
happen ill do whatever it takes to get another chance.

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

There are no appeals,once you are banned you will not get it overturned

 

Begging and apologizing never works. The content is all "Licensed" not purchased, the agreement that people "consent" to states that the license is terminated when the account is terminated.
