xbox account ban for 14 days

hello, I am Kilo I was playing today and met a few players who didn't like my style of playing in battlefield 4 so they decided to spam report me for harassment and abuse, and threats while I didn't join a single party or talk to anybody it just kicked me out of a game and it said I was ban for 14 days and my online privileges were suspended. I repeat i didn't chat or talk to anybody for 24 hours and gotten ban for some reason if I could get the help that would be great my Xbox Gamertag is the same thing as my name on here

if a person can help me please respond to my message.

It sounds like you have a console ban and also had a 14 day account suspension on top of it since console bans are not even eligible for case reviews but 14 day account suspensions are.. Console bans are also not 14 days. They are always permanent. Console
bans also dont show up on the enforcement team site as they are not eligible for case reviews.

There is no phone number or email for the enforcement team. You would have to go through the enforcement site.

Also, all member of Live, adults and children, agree to the same sets of rules when signing up.
