Xbox account balance use for live

Discus and support Xbox account balance use for live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just spent $100 to use $60 towards xbox live. I can't use it to extend my live. **** is this?     I just spent $100 to use $60 towards xbox live. I can't use it to extend my live. **** is this? I **** hate you guys

    Will my currency balance on Xbox Live transfer to the Xbox One?

    Yes. You're balance is tired to your Microsoft account, not to Xbox live. You can use your balance for the marketplace or for windows store.

    Sorry but currency on your account cannot be used to purchase a Live membership. You can only use a credit card, paypal or a prepaid membership card purchased from your local retailer.

    if you had read the card you would've found your answer

    No service allows your To use prepaid currency for main subscriptions as they require a renewable payment option

    Why in heavens name would you think that? Since no other service uses it

    In order to get promos you need to read the rules one of them is a renewable payment option

    Only sub subscriptions like ea or game pass work with prepaid currency as you can't buy prepaid cards for them

    You can always use the 100 to buy games

    But your only optikn for pay as you go is prepaid subscription cards

    Hello,

    You cannot use your Microsoft Account balance to purchase Xbox LIVE Gold. That balance can only be used on Xbox LIVE Game store transactions.
