    When i try to buy items in game it shows me i have only 1$ in my account and gives me the pay another way prompt even though i have more than enough money to cover the purchase how do i go about fixing this

    When you log on to Microsoft's website, and go to Manage Account, ie https://account.microsoft.com/billing/ , does the Available Balance actually show a different figure
    than what is shown on the Xbox Store App?

    Are you referring to the Loyalty Promotion, which offers BF:1 and BF:4 owners to purchase BF:V for 50% off?

    If so, it appears that promotion expired December 20, 2018.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with your Microsoft account balance not displaying correctly.

    When you check the Payment and billing option in your Settings under
    Account while you are signed into your account on your console, do you also not reflect the proper balance in your account?

    I would recommend
    removing your account and re-adding it     back onto your console to see if this will help properly display your correct balance.

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you.
