    Xbox account and store not recognizing my gold membership! Help needed


    So after unsuccessfully trying to download the evolved beta for 2 days, I finally figured out what the problem is but i dont know how to solve it. My xbox account isn't recognizing that i have a gold membership for some reason, despite redeeming a 12 month
    membership card a month ago. When i go to subscription nothing pops up and I cant download stuff from the xbox store that requires gold. Serious help needed !

    Wasn't there something about not needing Gold for Netflix anymore?

    Xbox Live Gold Changes FAQ

    Half way down they say that you get Netflix, Hulu, HBO, their first born sons, etc. without gold membership. Hope this helps you out!

    I have xbox Live Gold Membership I pay for yearly...but I still don't think my Xbox live Rewards recognizes it???

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

    Hello DannyWC,

    We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:
