Xbox account and Minecraft issues

Hello,

Yes it is in Minecraft launcher, but it was associated with Xbox account, currently the auto login feature also applies to Xbox apps I have installed on my computer, therefore it is both a issue with Minecraft launcher and Xbox, it is kind of also a Microsoft account issue since my Minecraft account was my Microsoft account.

I just had to deal with this today.

Xbox support says they don't have access and that any Minecraft account issues need to be resolved by the Windows account team. The Windows account team says that they don't have access and that any Minecraft account issues need to be resolved by Mojang's support. Mojang's support says that they don't have access and that any Minecraft account issues need to be resolved by Xbox support.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues with chat in game. We recommend posting on the
Minecraft forums. There were a couple of posts yesterday with the same issue. So this may be an in game issue.

I found this on a microsoft page:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, then go to System > Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > App privacy.
   
2. Give permission by selecting the check boxes next to your apps.
   

If you’re signed in with a child account, you’ll need an adult to sign in and give permission for apps to access your data.
