    I refunded two games because I didn't need them anymore online and I went to check my account balance and it still showed zero even after both games had been refunded. I'm also experiencing another issue where I'm trying to purchase another game on Xbox series s and it doesn't show up with my Microsoft account balance that I want to use to pay Xbox account and billing issue :(

    Hey so the problem still remains. Before this incident I refunded 2 games I no longer needed and they said that the funds would be credited to my account and still hasn't. This also happened before I refunded as the option to use my Balance still didn't show. I checked my payment and billing options on Xbox and it only appears with Payment options and Order History. I've attempted to purchase something online and it still has the same problem

    I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, to answer your first question with the intention of being able to help you, I did an internal search on the Microsoft forum and found a publication by Gerardo CG, an independent advisor, where he mentions the waiting time for an approved refund and I thought it was good information, which you should take into account:

    The time it takes for refunds to reflect in your bank account is generally between 3 and 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are non-business days). This time frame may vary depending on each bank, as some take longer to process refund funds than others, and there are also some that process them faster.

    Hi Oskayra! I appreciate you responding! Regarding to my second concern it's about when I want to purchase something from the Xbox store I wanna use my Microsoft store balance, however it doesn't show up with the option even when I checked my Payment and Billing options on the console. I was just wondering about this? :)

    According to the information provided by Gerardo C., an independent advisor, when the refund takes longer than it should, it is the bank's responsibility:
