Xbox account *Add new* wont work.

Try to uninstall and reinstall the game. If that doesn't work try and remove and then re-add your profile to the Xbox again.

Have you tried removing and re-adding your main account to your console?

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
Choose the profile that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

Press the Xbox button. Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.
Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

Hi Neaglebites, can you see the email that you have on your account?

on your console: if you can sign in go to Settings -->account-->account security and check over to see your email once you have found that head over to www.account.live.com and sign in if you cannot go in and reset your account password you should have back
up email and phone number that would allow you to reset your information.

If you truly don't know your email call the xbox customer support and give them your gamertag if they can access your account they can give you your email but that's only if they can validate your account. Once in they can help you through with a password
reset since they don't have password in their system they will try to help you as much as they can... if you cannot reset due to old information you will have to complete a form called the ACSR form
https://account.live.com/acsr put in your old email and then your new one once you fill out the information this will prove you own the account and you should get a reset if not then you can use the
rejection letter along with your console id number to reset your information with xbox customer support I had to do this on one of my old accounts they were great in getting the information for me since they were so concern about my account security I understand
why they don't have passwords which was hard but understood it was for my safety hopefully this helps holler if you need any more help!
