    Xbox account 12/12/9999


    my main account was baned for profile modding which I have no knowledge on as I've never touched a modding tool before.

    I have spent nearly $700 on games and dlc over the years on playing Xbox and now it's all gone and I can't get it back I've already submitted a case review which was rejected and the ban is still there.

    Is there anyway of getting in touch with the enforcement team? They have basically just robbed me of every game and dlc I have ever bought!!

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

    If an account receives a permanent suspension, the date is indeed set to 31/12/9999 or 12/31/9999 (country format dependent).
