    Xbox Accessories Not working on PC


    Hello I just bought a series 2 Elite controller yesterday and it's great so far issue is when i try and use it on PC it doesn't work as well-meaning my paddles binds don't work

    I went to download the app on PC but when I plug in the controller it always says

    "not seeing your controller? unfortunately, this app does not currently support your controller's new firmware on pc. we're working on updating the pc experience check back soon!"

    My computer is up to date and so is the app and controller i just don't know why

    Also having this issue. Purchased a refurbished Series 2 Elite and the accessories app doesn't recognise my controller. I also don't have access to an Xbox to revert the firmware so unsure how to proceed.

    this is still an issue and if I would have known this before connecting my controller to my Xbox and updating it I would have not done so. Has anyone found a fix for this?

    Got the same issue.

    Have a PS5 pad routinely updated via the console and works FLAWLESSLY on PC.

    But buying a MS Elite pad that has been updated by a MS console that is pretty much USELESS on a PC running MS Windows is beyond ridiculous.

    Add to that there are complaints about this issue dating back to Oct 2021, and we're 6 months later in Apr 2022... No thanks, returning in the morning, and going back to the Sony pad that works as it should.
