Xbox Accessories is Currently not Available

I purchased the Xbox One Elite controller and I am trying to remap some of the keys. When I try to download the Xbox Accessories app, I get this:

Can you please let me know how to solve this issue. If this is a region related issue ( I live in Qatar), can you please let me know why is a controller sold in a region where the support software is no available.

I can't downland the xbox accessories app on windows store

Been search the web but couldn't the answer. Got a xbox one elite controller which is working fine but i couldn't download the xbox accessories app from the windows store. The download tab was grey out and it mention " xbox accessories is not currently available"
Is it because of the region i am from Singapore?

OneDrive is not currently available

For some mysterious reason I can't install the OneDrive app on my Xbox One. For the entire week I've had this console it has been indicating "OneDrive is not currently available". I have a suspicion that it's because I don't have billing/payment set up
on my account. But that would be a confusing reason to restrict a free service, right?

I should also add, groove music has the same unavailability message, but that would make sense for a paid service.

My general app downloading and usage functionality is working. I was able to download upload studio and use it.

While local retailers can (and often do) sell Xbox hardware and accessories, if you are in a region that is not supported by Xbox Live, the software and apps may not be available. I definitely understand how frustrating that is (I lived in Bahrain!) so I
can empathize. Here is a list of
Xbox Live supported regions. Any country not listed there is not supported and we are unable to assist with issues there.

Apologies for any frustrations.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

The accessory that you are inquiring about is currently not compatible on the Xbox One, due to not having the correct drivers needed to function correctly.

The drivers are available online for you to use on your Windows 7/8 32 and 64 bit operation system, on PC, but you cannot transfer these drivers onto the console.

This is a list of all the currently compatible accessory that I assure you will work properly on your Xbox One.
