Xbox Accessories App on PC stuck on infinite loading screen or 0% syncing data

I am trying to change the controls/buttons on my Xbox Elite 2 Controller (wired via USB) on my Windows PC. When I open the Xbox Accessories App (which used to work just fine), I either get the screenshot below where the loading screen never goes away or it will prompt me saying "Syncing Data" and never changes from 0%. I've tried reinstalling, repairing, updating the USB drivers, deleting the controller from devices, etc. Nothing has worked. No matter what I do, I still end up with one of these two issues. One weird thing is even after deleting or reinstalling stuff, my controller settings/profiles are still the same from when the app used to work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

Right....I updated that. Right after the new update, the spatial audio when playing a video game sounds like a fishbowl. So after updates: I can no longer customize my xbox controller layout, I can't type in the search bar, and my sound settings went from fantastic to absolutely horrible. Microsoft offers zero acknowledgement, zero fixes, zero responsibility, and zero support. They can't even troubleshoot or pinpoint an issue because they don't even know what they changed.

Checked all this. Xbox Accessories app still doesn't work. Since I updated Windows 11 to the newest version, my laptop keyboard does not type only in Microsoft applications/settings now. So I think I know who the culprit is. You update one thing so Microsoft can break another thing.

Still waiting on the Xbox Accessories app not working since I didn't change a thing to cause it to no longer work. Microsoft should have that answer since I'm running Microsoft Windows 11, using a Microsoft Xbox controller through a Microsoft created application.

Hello again, updates may come with bugs but fixes are released after a while, this week came out a new Update for Windows 10 and 11.

today i bought the ultimate game pass then i went to download gears 5 i downloaded and started it but it was syncing data and it was 0% and when i clicked cancel and not sync the game would load infinitely
