Xbox accessories app not working

My Xbox accessories app won’t open. When I click it, it tries to load and then takes me right back to the home screen. I’ve restarted, shut down, and reset to factory settings (saving my apps and games), but this app still isn’t Working. I have an
elite controller and I’d like to use the app to recover my customizations. Please help.

I suggest going through the settings and update the controller from there and the close the xbox accessories app and open it again. This should help and if not then I suggest consulting with xbox support.

This solution is not working in Windows 11 as of today:

Elite S2 5.13.3143.0

Accessories App 300.2202.25001.0

It opens the Xbox Accessories app with:

xboxaccessories:\\firmwareupdate?legacyDowngrade=true

No option to revert.

Windows 10 Xbox Accessories App does not work with 5.13.3143.0 at all - displays a message saying its being updated come back soon.

I can confirm that it doesn't work. I tried reinstalling the app but it just opens the regular Xbox Accessories screen.

Thanks, I don't have any console, just PC, already followed up that, no luck, few months ago I was able to update some other new white controllers.

But now, does not work, my connection also seems fine.

This is not something on my end, there's a bug in the app or kinda bad configuration.

Any similar reports?
