Xbox Accessories App Elite Controller

Hello,

I am a huge fan of the elite controller and I have had it since its launch. I also like the Xbox accessories app as well.

That being said recently I have been experiencing issues with the app. I have called technical support and they were not that helpful. It felt like they were reading from a prompt screen instead of actually trying the issues in real time. Regardless I
had a friend of mine try this same scenario and it happened to him as well. This leads me to believe that this issue is not hardware (the controller) but software (the app).

To replicate this problem this is what happens:

1. Go create a new configuration.

2. button mapping works fine no issues

3. Go to the triggers.

4. Change the trigger configuration from the default. As an example left side leave at 0 switch right side to 20. Select mirror left and right triggers.

5. Back out and save.

6. now the issue **** when I try to switch a totally different configuration. It defaults to the trigger settings of my last configuration.

There is also sometimes a delay on saving configurations to the slots.

Xbox Accessories check battery level

Using windows 10, I want to check my battery level on my MICROSOFT XBOX ONE CONTROLLER.

The APP says use "Xbox Accessories" APP.

I open Xbox Accessories APP.

Xbox Accessories says "PLUG IN CONTROLLER" so I do

The APP will NOT tell me the battery level because it is PLUGGED IN.

These APPS are the cheapest, POS I have ever seen. DO BETTER MICROSOFT!
