Xbox Accessories App doesn't find my controller

Discus and support Xbox Accessories App doesn't find my controller in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7. after upgrading i installed the Xbox Accessories App to update the firmwares of my two xbox one controllers....     Xbox Accessories App doesn't find my controller


    i upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7. after upgrading i installed the Xbox Accessories App to update the firmwares of my two xbox one controllers. at first it didn't find my controllers using the wireless adapter. only after connecting them with a USB-cable,
    it found them and was able to update them. today i wanted to look again for a firmware update. but now, the app can't find any of the two controllers, even when connected via USB-cable.

    any advice on how to fix this?

    Xbox Accessories check battery level

    Using windows 10, I want to check my battery level on my MICROSOFT XBOX ONE CONTROLLER.

    The APP says use "Xbox Accessories" APP.

    I open Xbox Accessories APP.

    Xbox Accessories says "PLUG IN CONTROLLER" so I do

    The APP will NOT tell me the battery level because it is PLUGGED IN.

    These APPS are the cheapest, POS I have ever seen. DO BETTER MICROSOFT!

    Xbox One controller for windows Firmware corrupt !

    My xbox one controller was working fine until I downloaded the Xbox Accessories App. Now it doesn't work. Any help will be appreciated

    I am on a PC where can I find the update? My Xbox Accessories app say that my controller is up to date.

    my Controller firmware is 4.8.1908.0

    The Xbox Accessories app recognise my controller and even register the stick movements when I set up a profile. But in Test Mode no buttons are registering?????

    Try installing the Xbox Accessories app and make sure the controller doesn't require any updates.

    Thanks for trying to help, but the link truly doesn't work. I'm having the same problem so I tried the link, and there is no "controller reversion screen". That link just opens the xbox accessories app home screen. I tried reinstalling the accessories app too and it doesn't work. (windows 10, using xbox elite 2 controller)

    How to know if Im having a official xbox series x/s controller

    I do use the Bluetooth to connect my controller, no wireless adaptor.

    I actually saw that Xbox accessories app (it's not installed) but I'm afraid to use it because I saw someone bricked their controller using it and they had to make a ticket for replacement for a controller. Also the accessories app doesn't have a good rating in the store.

    Anymore suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
