Xbox accessories app crashes as soon as clicked. No error code.

So, just the other day I purchased an Xbox one elite Series one controller. Each time I press on the Xbox accessories app, not even two seconds later it sends me right back to my home screen. I understand there’s no way to delete and reinstall the Xbox
accessories app. Can someone please help me! I do not wish to factory reset my console.

Yes I have tried to restart the console that way. But it still does the same thing.

Have you tried to hard reset the console?

Please note this will note this will not factory reset the console all you will need to do is power the console on then once the console is fully loaded up hold down the power button on your console for 10-15 seconds until it fully shuts down.

Wait for about 30 seconds then power the console back up this will reboot the whole console and clear the cache.

Please let me know if the problems persists.

my one crashes as soon as i click on the app

The app just crashed again with an error code (unfortunately, I didn't capture the error code). When I restarted the app after the crash, all my achievements are again reset to 0 now.

I have the same exact problem with that error code. Yesterday, the game would crash over and over at the loading screen. Now it crashes as soon as I start the game.
