    Xbox Accesories Isn’t Working Correctly


    So, I had to use the Xbox Accesories app to configure my controls to adapt to my broken controller and the games I play. After configuring the controls for only a day, it keeps automatically saving a faulty set of controls which were honestly nightmarish.
    How can I fix this?

    Xbox Guide isn’t working

    Exact same issue. Tried to go to settings but settings app doesn't want to open.

    Gotta love the reliability testing group.

    Hey there Nikhila,

    Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with your dashboard. If you have not already done this, Go ahead and

    Physically Power Cycle the Xbox One     and then give it another try. If the issue persists then I would advise that you perform a

    Factory Reset Keeping Games & Apps    . Be sure that you have your account information handy as it will remove accounts and you will need to Add them back on the console. Everything else as far as games and apps won't be affected.

    Give this a try and let us know of any changes.

    Xbox isn’t responding correctly

    Thanks for the help. Unfortunately that didnt work but I figured it out. To hook to the wifi I clicked the “connect to xbox live” on the homer page and prayed it would take me to my wifi settings. It did and once I typed in my wifi it worked. Its weird because
    I’ve never seen and xbox do that
