Xbox abuse

As stated in the above post the first step you should take would be to reset and change your password for your xbox account. Go to "account.live.com" click on the link below the sign in that says "Can't Access Your Account?" and then follow the steps to
reset the password. After that call support to see what they can do to assist.

Change your password on your xbox account as well as your E.A account.

Make sure you do not use the same details for each.

You are violating the terms and conditions of the XBox forums if you come on here to 'name and shame' other players.



XBox LIVE is full of loads of people and just like real life some of them are jerks.



Just put them on mute if you don't like how they're carrying on and / or put them on block to prevent them from sending you any further communications.



You can file a complaint against the user and these are investigated by the XBox LIVE Enforcement Team.



If you ever feel honestly threatened with genuine harm by abuse on XBox LIVE then you should contact the Police but wounded feelings aren't a reason to be calling 911.



Block and move on.

I am sorry you have had issue with someone on LIVE, but you can not report users via the forums. Nor can you request other users file a complaint against someone they have never encountered themselves.

If you have been harassed on xbox live just report the abusive profile from the xbox console or block them to stop further abuse.
