Xbox abuse of report

2 days ago me and this fella got into a argument I tried to stop it by sending lyrics to the song I was listening to at the time (I know not the smartest way) and he didn’t reply for a good 5 minutes and messaged back saying “Enjoy the the 10 billion bot reports” and now I cannot play online games with others or message other people, yesterday it said I needed to wait till 5:30 to get the permission to use my stuff back and one match later I cannot play or message other people again, why would you let other people abuse such a mechanic?

Now it’s telling me that Xbox support cannot assist in this situation?

Your telling me Xbox cannot control their stuff? Lol

No as customer support is NOT ENFORCEMENT nor do they have access ro anytbing related to enforcement

And sending SPAM isnt allowed period

If they had access they would be flooded and noone would br able call as thry would be spammed by people calling 1000x to reverse their bans

This is why enforcement on any system is offline

Fyi most services uses moderated access for enforcement or in the case of other consoles no access as there is no appeal

Find the active enforcement action you have a question about, and then select Apply in the green box.

Answer the questions in a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct, Community Standards for Xbox, and associated policies.

After you’ve successfully completed the questionnaire, select the green arrow icon.

Enter your questions about the enforcement action, and then select Submit.

Note Xbox welcomes all case review inquiries. However, we won’t tolerate abusive or belligerent behavior. When you submit a case for review or reply to an agent’s request for additional info, don’t abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content. Content in a case review inquiry is subject to the guidelines outlined within the Code of Conduct.

Disregard for these rules may result in the closure of your case review. Especially egregious violations may result in an additional Xbox Live enforcement action.

All I'm saying is it needs to be implemented in a fair way that stops people just being able to spam it whenever, fair or not it can still get you suspended just by the number of reports.

Not true. You can be reported a million times and not get suspended. In fact, the other person can be suspended for filing false complaints. But you can be suspended off just 1 report if you do something to violate the code of conduct.
